Elder Law and Medicaid Asset Protection

Medicaid Asset Protection and Planning for MO HealthNet Nursing Home Benefits

Medicaid and Asset Protection Planning

Most nursing homes in the Northland and Kansas City Metro start around $6000 a month and can go up significantly depending on the nursing home.

We work with individuals, couples or adult children on behalf of their parents to assess Medicaid eligibility for the person in need of care.  We also design and create Medicaid Asset Protection Plans to help them meet Medicaid eligibility requirements while preserving as much of their assets as the law permits. We provide Medicaid Planning services to individuals and families throughout  Liberty, the Northland and Kansas City area.

Missouri Medicaid Applications

Receipt of Medicaid benefits (called MO HealthNet in Missouri) depends on meeting the eligibility requirements and submitting a proper Medicaid Application.   We have a lot of experience preparing Medicaid Applications and consistent success in getting our clients approved.

We provide Missouri Medicaid Application services to individuals and families throughout Liberty, the Northland and Kansas City area.

Long-Term Care counseling

Long-Term Care Planning and questions can be overwhelming. We often meet with individuals and families to counsel them on what long-term care options exist for their loved one and answer questions about the planning process and paying for care. We provide Long-Term Care Counseling services to individuals and families throughout Liberty, the Northland and Kansas City area.

SPECIAL NEEDS TRUSTS

We work with parents and families to make sure their loved one is protected. Revocable or Irrevocable Trusts are one of our primary tools to preserve your family member’s public benefits while also providing them financial and other  needed support.  We provide Special Needs Trust and Counseling to individuals and families throughout Liberty, the Northland and Kansas City area.
